Crossed threads are tight threads.
I need some good spray bottles for things like Vinegar, WD-40, Marvel mystery oil etc. '

The 3 packs at home depot or whatever only seem to work once.

I am not talking about the big pump sprayers....need typical off the shelf cleaner product spritz bottle size or smaller. Been thinking to repurpose some, but they go bad too.
I had luck once with a leftover rubbing alcohol spritzer....but usually I am pumping the trigger and nothing happens, which would also describe some of my last romantic pursuits.

Uline?

I use these ZEP sprayers I got from the Home Depot. I bought a few of them, I use them for Ammonia, Degreaser, ATF.

I needed one for WD-40, and the local hardware store did not have that brand so I got this one that also seems to work well.

We tried several different spray bottles in the restaurant biz... we used to get cleaning stuff in gallon jugs. Our supplier switched to spray bottles and they were garbage.

But I bought some spray bottles from Gordon Foods that were well made.

CRC use to sell spray bottles for their line of bulk products. Those were the best ever. Not sure they can be found any longer.

To begin with, WD40 is for amateurs. Cyclo Breakaway is the best penetrating lubricant.
I rinse out old bathroom cleaner spray bottles and use them until they die.
Go ahead with the Yankee cheapskate comments.

I use my WD-40 to coat bare steel to keep it from rusting in my swamp of a garage. This is what it's originally designed for. I have been spraying it in my cylinder bores the engine I have open to keep them from rusting.

On the note of penetrants, I buy the gallon jugs of PB blaster and put that in spray bottles too. I got a way from using aerosol cans for two reasons. 1. It's way cheaper to buy it in a gallon jug. 2. If the spray cans sit for too long, some times they will loose pressure and not spray well.

PB Blaster is a poor second choice to Cyclo but if you like it, fine. If it's still available CRC 5-56 used to come in gallons, was a pretty decent penetrating lube and smells like mint.

CRC 556... that's what we used and it did work.

I've also used Cyclo Break A Way too. I really like it. It's heavy on the oil. I just can't find it or I would have a can or two.

My preferred penetrating oil is Red Lion Penetrating oil with Graphite.

best I ever used, but since Chromate Industrial went out of business you can't get it anywhere. Red Lion was there house brand for spray stuff. I have a few cans left that I'm hoarding.

Quite the contrary, makes perfect sense, bathroom cleaner is the gnarliest stuff.
I have plenty of fine lubricants and penetrants, the WD40 is for when I don't need to waste good stuff, spit would work.

If you were truly a cheap bastard you would be buying bathroom cleaners in bulk, and need a spray bottle for your bulk chemicals.

I use the Zep sprayers, none of them last long if you're using really strong chemical though. Alumabrite will ruin a lot of sprayers right away as will bleach.

My favorite penetrating oil by far is Torq CB from Kimball Midwest but it's almost too expensive to buy. Was like $20/can last time I checked. So I use a lot of free/cheap WD, PB, and garage door lube instead that I get at yard sales.
