For a while I have had an ignition that will lock forward, and get stuck once in awhile. I am 99% certain it is being caused by the ignition starter switch located down on the top of the column being broken, since I've had the igntion out before, and found nothing there (being a locksmith). My question is; if I drop the steering column to get to this little $15.00 part, and replace it at teh end of the linkage, am I going to have any computer issues since I am simply unplugging it, and replacing it with a new switch? Thanks folks.
