DO the LED's dim with your dimmer switch or are they all or nothing?

they are supposed to dim with your dimmer switch since you are just changing the bulbs and nothing else. Mine dim somewhat but not enough to notice. Not sure why but it doesn't bother me. I never used the dimmer before. All my gauges, blinkers, and my heater controls are all blue led's. I kept my check engine light ect all the white light to read them.

My credo
If you can't go through it or around it, then go over it.
going blue, better for anti-glare. might try the white first (providing they come out blue like in the pick.

I ordered 10 blue led's and that did all my gauges, blinkers, and heater controls, and left all my idiot lights white factory colors. I also have a tach in my cluster

BDAB I herd that if you shine white light threw the cluster it will turn out like a light blue but not a nice intense blue like with blue led's

thanks Hope this helps.

This "film" that you guys are talking about, where is it? I had my cluster out, and it had green covers over the bulbs behind the gauges. Popped them off, and installed red bulbs I bought at an auto parts store, 194R's. I'm going to try blue too. I'll try to get some pics in the next day or two.

Don't know if the "colored" 194 bulbs work as well. I work at an auto parts store and most buy those for dome lights. The LED ones are not affected by the green film. The blue came through blue. If those do work for you all the better! :icon_cheers:
