My truck was looking shiny (well, half of it was) a few weeks ago when it was in Nova Scotia at my in-law's. I can't wait to get my freaking cab and fenders done! I also really need some new bumper brackets, poor previously abused truck :annoyed:

Thanks! I always loved those 80's rims so I found a cheap set on CL and had them sandblasted and then re-painted them, lol. My truck had a busted chrome 2wd bar grille so it was the perfect excuse to go for a powerdome and honeycomb!

IMO, the rims throw the look off, its a clean truck til your eyes hit the pothole which is those rims, thats all the poetry I got in me. I don't even like those rims on a b2, just my opinion, otherwise, clean truck.

that's one sharp truck, i think that those rims would look killer if you sanded the black area off and color matched the truck in that area of the rims?

Thanks everyone

I was actually thinking of extending the black out to just inside the outer lip, I saw a picture of a BII like that and it looked pretty sharp, but I think they're cute as is and will probably just leave them. My husband keeps telling me to lower it too, if I ever do I'll probably steal the 16" turbines off my Lincoln and throw 'em on there (that's what I'd wanted to do before I found the 80's rims but my Lincoln got resurrected) First thing before anything else is finishing the paint, hopefully it'll happen soon.

Those rims look sweet on there. I don't like them on a B2, but they look good there. Nice truck.
