Boomer, do you have any pictures of your receiver mount winch on your front bumper? I would like to make a front winch receiver and I would like to see what kind of set up you have.

I like all of them. I COULD NOT live with the way the guy fabricated my rear bumper. The Front one on mine looks nice, but the rear looks gay. So, I cut it apart on the sides and am re-doing it. I will coat them and then re-post pics of them. Nice job guys.

Here's mine:

Front is made from 2x2" and 2x4" steel tube. Winch plate is from a Warn Trans4mer kit.

Rear bumper is made from 2x5" tube, the tire carrier from various pieces of 1x1, 1x2 and 2x2", and has a place for a Hi-Lift jack.
The holes cut for the backup lights are framed in with pieces of 2" x 1/8" strip.
Mud flaps mount to the bumper (and are removable).

Both bumpers are all 1/8" wall tube to save weight (plus, the truck's frame is hardly thicker than that anyway). Gussets are used in key areas around the mounting points to retain it's rigidity.
Still have to put on the shackle mounts (made from 2"x 3/4" strip, and will go all the way through the bumper (outside of the lights) to tie into the frame mounts).
