Looking for dimensions from the "Ford Body Layout Book" for hardcore frame mods
I'm interested in doing some major frame modifications to my 2WD 1988 Ranger S Shortbox that will involve cutting up the frame.
In order to keep everything lining up, I'd like to look at the official measurement numbers from the Ford body layout book. Here's an F250 example of what I'm looking for
So far, I've found official numbers directly from Ford for 1997-2016 Ford Trucks here: https://www.fleet.ford.com/truckbbas/topics/bodybuild.html
Unfortunately, the official website only goes back to 1997, and eBay currently has no 1983-88 books for sale.
Could one of you guys that work at a Dealership post images from an 1983-88 book? I think it's useful information that the Ranger fabrication community could all use.
