What Brand+Model of each these items did you install?
First try a bottle of fuel system cleaner & fillup with premium gas.
Did it have a #6 MisFire before replacing those items? New does not equate to Good.
If not, re-install each of these old items one at a time (or swap with a known good cylinder)
then after each check if #6 Misfire goes away (or moves to a different Cylinder).
* #6 Wire
* #6 Plug
* CoilPack
* #6 Injector
If it did have #6 MisFire before, check #6 Cylinder Compression.

A new coil pack connector is what smoothed out my miss after i had tried plugs,wires,coil pack,alternator. ..............also, very lightly move/nudge the top wire of your TPS sensor where the wire goes into the back of the connector, do it with motor running in park, see if your idle changes, do this with something thin like a toothpick to nudge the wire so you only nudge THAT wire......ive had two rangers (00, 01. 3.0) that have had this loose fitting specific wire/connector.....i put in new connector and had no more issues.......it more causes high idle and a little rough running rather than a miss but worth checking on, in general..........

Coil pack spark plug wires are in Matched Pairs
3 4
2 6
1 5

The 1 2 3 side is fairly straight forward
The 5 6 4 side can get mixed up

Follow each wire to its cylinder

You want to know about no codes. My EVAP is gone. My EGR is gone. The cat isn't converting any more (can tell by the smell). CEL is off, no codes showing when I run a scan. The Monitors are INC though. But that's all I have.

I have no explanation for this.

Title of the thread has "No Codes" in it. So no, it's not "cross-threaded".

I have three known defaults, and yet no codes. Plus, the o2 sensors are 25 years old and have nearly 188,000 miles on them. Truck starts first turn of the key and runs awesome!!

Dont see how speed sensor caused a misfire,
but good news that its no longer a problem.

It felt just like a mis going down the road. That is way I thought it was a misfire. Don't know much about it just glad it's running good know.

My credo
If it's not broken Don't Fix It!
If the sensor was reading a change in speed, whether or not it was changing, it could trigger the ABS to pulse the rear brakes. was the ABS pump going off a lot? you should be able to hear it especially with the radio off.
