I recall seeing a thread on here where someone modified the stock motor mounts by removing the rivet holding it together, and adding a bolt in its place.

I cant seem to find that thread anywhere. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

A link or search terms would be greatly apperciated.

Never did find that dang thread, but here's the jist of modifing your stock V6 mounts

Stock Mount:


Cut off the Rivet, slap a 3/8" bolt in there:


And you're done. This should help take some of the "slop" out of the stock mounts.
