I gotta stop doing that with mine - I have had my motors stall out on me in the water before when itt gets real deep. What happens is the water gets inside the motor and shorts out the comm and brushes. As soon as I pick it up it's fine. I was in the middle of a motor swap yesterday when I shattered the pinion putting a setscrew in, now my Bronco is down for a few days.

I'm running 2.2 Flat Irons, love 'em. I also have 1.9 Flat Irons, I haven't bothered to bolt 'em back on since I got the 2.2's.

you need to dump the nickel pack and get a 3 cell lipo. It will help you alot in the with the wheel speed in the mud.

I'm running a 55 turn crawler motor. That pack runs me for 2 hours just fine.

Also, I don't use this for mud, it's a hill climber.

well when hill climbing, i want all the weight up front i can. it keeps the nose down.

i run anywhere from a 16 tooth to a 20 depending on what i want to do with it, but usually an 18 or 19 fits mots runs. i have on order a 50 turn vemon, and it will be up and going awesome.

ill post some pics once i get that stuff in.

Thats killer. I would post a pic of my f350 scaler but I have to manually change the size and I am feeling kinda lazy. I get to comp on a regular basis with some of the top placing guys at nationals. So i get to learn and see alot of cool things. It is kinda nuts what some of the guys have come up with and there rigs a crazy!!
