i got a 92 ranger 5.5" EB coils ext RA's full width axles, soft 4" lift spring in the rear with shackles. i currently have old school skyjacker softride shocks up front, love them an i have doestech prerunners in the rear that are junk way to stiff for my truck. I looked in to the JD 70/30 shocks but read that they were to stiff for lighter truck, id love ranch rs9000s but cant afford them nor bilstein 5150s ( i had a set on the truck for the testin period during buildin it an they were fairly soft but not soft enough.

What i do with the truck is baja rough trails rock crawl an hit mud so id like really soft shocks to save my back.

You said Bilsteins were too expensive, so my recommendation of Fox 2.0 Reservoirs are out. They are nice since they are rebuildable and revalvable.

i have RS5000's and they are nice. but in all honesty, the rs9000 is the best bet. you can fully adjust them while on the truck.

haha no kidding. so far so good. Had to replace all the seals, but otherwise its running smooth. it was just pissing fluid. also turns out its 2 inches narrower.

my buddy who came up with me has decided that he now wants gears in his lol.
