I was going across 76 in Philadelphia this morning and hit a flooded out section in my tractor trailer and after I went through a foot to 2 feet of water I noticed a new bronco sitting disabled in the right lane half way into the next lane no lights on are these new broncos not able to handle standing water as well as we may think? Obviously I don't know anything about this particular persons vehicle like hat modifications may have been done but it was dead not a good sign when the guy in the civic was able to continue on his way after I made my way to the left most lane.
