I changed out the power steering lines, and put in a new (reman) pump from Orielly's. Everything works, fine, no leaks. But its got a pronounced whine noise to it. Like a supercharger sound.

Did I get a bad pump? Or do I have an air bubble problem after filling new pump?

You may still have a little air but it should go away itself. Give it a few days it should quiet down.

You did bleed it....right? Jack the front end and without the engine running turn the wheels full lock left to right/right to left 20 times.

If you filled it with regular power steering fluid, it will always have some whine. I've always used Mercon V ATF, It made mine quiet down a lot.
