Well last night I was installing my new speakers and I pulled out my head unit to wire up the rear speakers. I had my head unit half way out and I heard ZAP! I checked the decks internal fuse and it was good, I also check the fuse in the fuse pannel and it was good. So I put everything back in without wireing up the rear speakers and now I got now power to my head unit. I grabbed the factory unit and put it in and there's no power to that one either. So I was thinking that I might have popped a fuse else where but I don't know where it would be. So, my question to you all is, 'is there another fuse or anything inline with the power wire that would be the problem'? Hopefully I can talk my electrical teacher into letting me fix this issue in class tomorrow. But, if all else fails any one of you got any ideas?

The truck is an 04 w/2.3, and came stock with an am/fm head unit.

There are two 12v supply liines to the head unit. did you check the fuses on both circuits?. I would suggest you fix the problem you have in the harness before replacing the fuse.

Thanks for the tip man. I'm definantly gonna check the wiring harness for any shotty connections. The funny thing is last night the radio started working again. I still wanna pull it out and check everything out to make sure there's no loose connections or anything.
