I talked to some guys in Portland a while ago that had a club, but it sounds like they don't wheel much anymore, I am kinda out of the loop because I am transitioning to a desert racer

Try Poorboy Offroad or Broke Bastards, they are mostly around the Portland area. They mainly go wheeling at Tillimook, Browns Camp:beer:

I live 20 mins from browns camp and me a some of my buddies just go up and have fun and we consit of jeeps yoda's and me in my b2 and some stock and slightly modded but nothing to extreme
never heard of broke bastards

I frequent the poorboy forums, good bunch of guys but always seem to have events when my truck is out of comision... I'll soon be back in the game though as soon as I get the misfire problem taken care of and the roof sanded and painted!

You're in Salem, there isn't a whole lot of wheeling around that I know of unless you go east up by Detroit and most of that is just gravel roads, if you want to get together once I get my truck running and go for a drive up in the woods and maybe shooting or fishing I'd be up for it, my woman really wants to go for a drive and I haven't gone trail riding with the truck since the lift just sand riding... Getting to Elk Lake and so forth is a nice scenic drive along with some of the other lakes up there.
