What kind of a deer is that?Just had new windows put in and didn't want to break it.
We count both sides, it is handy because we get a lot of odd numbered deer.It's a blacktail. Here, we look at the horn with the most points and that's what we call it. We don't add both sides for the count. We have whitetail and mule deer on the east side of the state. There are elk all over but not as many west of the cascades.
I was thinking more like Nebraska or Wyoming, Oregon is a long ways out there.We have antelope in eastern Oregon but you have to enter a raffle for the license. Also bighorn sheep and mountain goats are raffle license.
