Yes.
I initally let my brother do most of the work, the collector pipe smacked against the frame after the install. Most annoying and horrible noise...
From what I understand, JBAs don't have that problem.
I am not telling you this is how to fix it, but what I ended up doing was dropping/disassembling the whole exhaust in the front, then I cut some off the ends of the headers with a sawzal so that the collector would be able to slide up far enough on the slip fit to clear the frame. It will damage the threads on the end of the radius arm if you leave it like so. You need to look at the headers and make your own assements on what needs to happen for them to fit, since I cannot see the issue with my own eyes and play with the fitment, there's not a lot that I can tell you.
You really gotta watch it though, too much and you're into the bottom of the transmission pan. If you have no changed your fluid/filter for transmission, do so before the header install. You will kick your own ass and regret not doing so later on.
The passenger side header is probably butted against the oil filter L- shaped piece, it's the part that points the oil filter downwards. I noticed this and heat taped the header so that it wouldn't be cooking my oil. This will probably void the warantee, as will cutting... Also, tape the collector where it's going to get real close to the transmission pan. Don't want to cook that, either. You might consider getting a upgraded transmission cooler in the front as well..
Unfortunately, like with a lot of things, these pacesetters are not very good when it comes to installing them, but they work...
