even with all of the deals I got on my stuff, like my free D60 front axle, and bending all of my own tube and all the work myself. My B2 is still up into the $10,000 - $13,000 range.

Wishing I would have ran into more of those good deals you guys are getting, so far with the exo, lift, & SAS I am in the mid 6k up to 7k so far and that is doing the work myself with the exception of the gears a friend did those for 200 for both axles. That is not including the price of the truck that adds 10k on to it. + I still need to get a 203 for my doubler.

Front half of 2002 Excursion Frame 300 bucks!

I used all the suspension and steering components. Leaf springs from the excursion work out pretty good. Dana 50 is strong enough for me.

I'll try to get as close as I can.

Dana 30 hp from 95 cherokee: 150
3.73 gears 200
Differential carrier 50
Differential bearings and seals 100
Setup tools 200
Steel for 4-link and brackets 150

I assume i'm forgetting something, but this was close to everything. Stock front axle had terminal issues, and I didn't feel like putting another beam axle in it. Nothing was a huge upgrade, but I like the straight axle alot
