Welp, I bid farewell to my Ranger last summer. New house, married, kids, busy building paper machines at work, another new house and I needed something more logical to haul the family around in so the truck had to go :lame: Bought a '95 XJ Cherokee to replace it. Love that rig like no other. It goes through stuff in stock form that my Ranger would have struggled with on its 33's. It has a 3" lift and 31's now.
Broke my heart to let my Betty White go to someone else but nothing about her fit the bill anymore and I have way too much stuck into my '95 Dakota to let that one go (plus it has a rear bench seat). I havent been very active in posting or trolling around here in years but I still have a soft spot for the beloved Ranger. Some day there will be another but probably of the 2wd V8 assortment :icon_hornsup:

Please dont disown me! I still check in periodically to see whos up to what!

Sometimes you gotta do what makes more sense in life man, it is what it is. I think Ron is onto something though, that thing looks pretty cool for being a model!

Just sucks to get rid of my truck after so many good memories(and bad) in it. I would gladly take one of those model Rangers though

Too bad the beds on them are so dang short LOL. They're like 4' or 5' beds aren't they?
6ft bed would be nice but I could live with the short bed knowing I was cruising in a crew cab ranger! I'd like to have a 7' bed! It'd be like a crew cab F-50 instead of a 350!

Technically, it is a 4'10" bed, but they call it a 5'...

If I could get one across border (needs to be '98-00) I could do the same 6' to 7' box swap I am doing with my s/c and have a crew cab with 6' box...
