i make a point to catch time warp, mythbusters, and prototype this on wednesdays.

the wheels are cool as heck.

that ranger performed admirably. they were worried the frame wouldnt hold with it suspended in the air . it looked like it was riding on the front bumpstops with the extra 3,000lbs they added to it. did anyone else notice as it was driving away in the last scene it blew blue smoke?

hmmm...you know, i dont think it would be too hard to convert their automatic parking system into an automatic off-roading system. point the sensors forward on each leg so when a leg approaches a virtical obstical, like say, a tall rock, the leg would lift up untill it cleared the rock, then roll forward over the top.
