The raptor is gonna be one pricey truck though..
I think it's gonna be far more then I'm willing to spend. The Braptor comes in at 70K.

Yugo did make a p/up, performance certainly isn't there. But the price is cheap I'm sure.

If they're priced anything close to the Aussie version, they should start at around 55k.

Way too much for a midsized truck IMO.

If I wanted to spend that much on something new to do truck things, I'd just get an f250.

If I wanted to spend that much on something new to take off road.. sorry to say.. it would be a wrangler with a load of aftermarket goodies on it.

It's just the mind boggling amount of aftermarket support that would have me going for the heep.

I appreciate a vehicle that can be built nut-and-bolt from a catalog.

The Bronco already has more aftermarket support then the Ranger ever had. I think it just keeps getting better.

I just think the Bronco II will give me all the off road prowess I'll ever need. I still think I have one new vehicle in me... and currently it looks like the next gen Ranger. It will just work better for everyday life.

I've bought one new vehicle and one vehicle that was a yr old. I will never do that again.

Don't get me wrong, brand spankin' new or newer vehicles are great. I just hate the price they are charging now or the last 5 years is ridiculous. Surely, the manufacturers realize that for someone to spend their hard earned money on them, it best be damn near perfect. When they can warranty a vehicle for 10/100 for everything bumper to bumper I might rethink the purchase.

I was close to the end of the pictures looking for one thing from the Bronco platform that need to be in the Ranger too. I was about to give up and the vey last picture had what I was looking for....

Pre wired auxiliary switches. Hopefully they can be had ala cart on lower trim levels.

Not sure I would buy a Ranger Raptor... but it's nice to see that it looks like they took efforts to keep the Ranger on top of the Mid Sized Market.
I've tried to get the switches that come in the Tremor for mine and Ford says there is no part number for them. I've tried 4 different dealers. 2 local and 2 online.

You can't touch a F250 around here for less than 70k. My boss just paid 67k for a F150 4x4

Yeah... it’s only a year later.
The Ranger sold like hot cakes and they saw the market was still there and Chevy ZR2 was selling to the off road community more because the front locker and larger tire capabilities. Had to get some of that money too.

I maybe mistaken but I could have sworn I saw an up fitter switch pod listed in the accessories store. I’ve found that just because something is listed as an available accessory, it doesn’t necessarily have a Ford part number. Also, that dealers may not be able to see available accessories in their system even though they are listed as available. Probably because they don’t have a Ford part number.

That's what I was told is there was no part number. The guy at the parts counter could pull it up on the diagram of the dash parts but could get a part number to order it. I tried on the Ranger 5G forum to get the guy from Leviton Ford to find it and he told me the same thing. Sad because I think people who add lights would buy them up. I've got ditch lights and a 20 light bar sitting in my garage right now. Might put them on the sxs just because I can't find a switch solution for the Ranger. I only need abou 4 switches. Everything I see has 6 or 8. I wouldn't mind the extra switches if they looked like they came factory
