- A properly suspensioned Ranger can be safely airborne for up to 4 seconds at a time! =:O
I think that rubber disc on the backside of the clutch pedal "stem" fell off around 2008... been listening to metal-on-metal clack since then... also thinking I don't need nearly that much pedal-travel, as clutch has always disengaged well before pedal-on-floorboard...
... I know there's specific part for that on OTHER vehicles, all of which apparently have a hole/notch to hold said bump-stop, but what's a good jury-rig for Ye Olde Ranger with its "smooth" pedal-stem?
