Yea I'd raise some seious hell and print up various dist. Places adds contents and pn's and fax then a hundred copies a day. And keep calln and cif u paid with a credit card check to see if u can get them for fraud. Because in all reality it is a form of it. Have you tried susp connect and see what they say? They might swap it out for u or somethin. Tell tc u want some springs sent free, them to refund all of your money, and pay for shipping back. And tell them u knew u shoulda got sj or rc lol

do you have your order reciept? of exactly what you ordered? the part number? give it to me if so and i'll call the company directly and act like i'm gonna order it and ask what is and is NOT included, or if someone knows how to record something like that-- let them call and they can record what is said.

According to Tuff Country's web site, 24860 comes with coils. 24861 is JUST the springs. I would call and bitch about it.

The email I just received from them
"Ben.
In the box kit there is all your hardware and the axle pivot brackets and your radius* arm drops. your rear add a leafs.
Thank you,

So they don't include the shocks, pitman arm, or coils on their BOX KIT? how does that make sense?!
