Almost.:icon_surprised:

So me and my buddy decide to take the day off from work and go play. So we decide to go out and do some shooting, as if we dont do enough shooting, well to get out to our spot we have about 10 miles of dirt road to drive down. Years and Years of driving down that road we have never seen another car on it. So boys being boys and teenage boys at that, were haulin ass down this road and we come up to a turn, not a problem right? Down shift and slow down, but its washboarded (I dont think thats a word) right before the turn, so it fishtails at about 50 mph. I thought it was goin over, it felt like it was goin over but it didnt. Scarred the shit out of us, so we drove like sane human beings the rest of the way.

Ok let the Flaming begin, call me stupid, retarded, whatever. But it made me think:icon_confused:. I want to build my B2 into a prerunner/dezert truck, what can I do to stabilize it? To keep it from wanting to roll. By the way my B2 is 87 factory stock with 28" tires and 3.53 gears (stock).

Ya, Im lucky it didnt go over. But it definitely got me thinking about a roll bar or maybe an exocage.

Anybody have anything to say about stabilizing it? Maybe widen the stance? Put full width axles under it? I dont know, just looking for ideas before I start building.

Explorer axles are a little wider, they would sure help.

Sway bars front and rear if you don't have them would help too... although it be much better to just slow down.
