Cylinders 2 and 3 had leaking injectors. I just put in a fresh set of fuel injectors. First fire up it ran way better. Best it’s ever run. After changing 8 spark plugs and putting everything back together, it runs like complete garbage. Barely idles, will somewhat run if I get the rpm’s up but dies within 30 seconds. It’s like it doesn’t have enough fuel. I noticed a pool of gas between cylinders 2 and 3 on the head/block area. The area around the injectors where the pop in the rail/intake and the intake manifold were not wet.

any suggestions? I’ve got a small tool bag and currently stuck at a gas station.

Update: exhaust side plugs 1 and 4 are black. Plugs 2 and 3 are clean and smell like gas.

If it happened after changing spark plugs I would imagine the plug wires got mixed up on the coils or something but for it to run that bad you would have to have switched up both coils somehow... the coils have two outputs, left and right of the connector, the pairs are 1 and 4 and 2 and 3, doesn't matter if you mix up 1 and 4 or 2 and 3 but if you mix them up the other way it can be bad...

Verified the plugs, they’re good. Pretty sure the new fpr went bad.
