Lifted my bronco 2 with a 3 in duff lift a while back and had ordered the belltech shackles to make lift even. Once I installed the 8.8 I didnt need the shackles as the add a leaf made it even. Original b2 leaf pack.

My question is, should I leave the add a leaf in or will removing the leaf and replacing with the shackles provide better flex?

Removing the leaf and adding a shackle will definitely give it more flex.

Shackle will flex, addaleaf will prevent squat under loads.

The full replacement packs from duff (deaver) flex very well. They stuff right up in there no problem and handle well on the street. Just saying.

That's what I thought. thx. Would love to have replacement packs but they're expensive. I'll just use the shackles for now and see how it goes. Luckily they're easily interchangable!

My spring bolts all had to be torched out. So might want to have new hardware ready. If I remember correctly they are 3/4x5". Or take the bed off...
