First I'm totally surprised there is NOT a shock thread as a sticky or in the tech section to cover what shock will cross for a budget lift or different utility.

My Truck (2wd) with 2 inch blocks and 2 inch shackles.
the front has 2 inch spacers under the springs.

So far I have stock shocks and they are racked out. "23 inches"
I'm going on a salvage run Friday and would like to get something to help correct my miss match of parts. I don't off road but I haul and tow with the truck if that makes a difference. Gas, Coil spring assist...Just plain jane?

Do you guys have some suggestions... on the cheap.

I haven't had good luck with air shocks. I wished I did...

my current shocks are 23 inches full extended..and racked out with 2 inch lift. I added 4 inch of lift to the rear so a 27 inch shock would be racked?

I'm leaning toward a adjustable shock with the spring on it.

I found a part number for a Ford F250 shock that measures 17.5 compressed 30 extended.
Monroe 557001 but I'm afraid its a Front shock. I need rears.

The Sensa-Trac load adjustable is what I was thinking but there is not much for cross referencing parts.

I'm still looking
