I can't weld nor do I have the supplies to do so and I do not know anyone that can. Who would be willing to design and build me one? If you can, message me and lets talk.

Get a welder, make a bender, and make it happen. Screw it up, learn something, and apply what you learn to the next one you make. I'm sure someone around here can help you get started on the design.

I agree it would save you so much money if you just took the time ...the best part about workin with steel when you screw up....you can cut it apart and try again.

How do you make a bender? That's whats stopping me from making a bumper.

I'm doing a modified version of what this guy did-link. I want to use it for bigger tube than 1-1/4, but the concept will still be the same.

There is a guy on Ebay that has been around for some time know. He makes bumber for Rangers and Exploders. Just search for Ranger or Explorer offroad bumpers on Ebay. Something like $450 shipped to your door in lowere USA. They are very nice loking. There is a guy on Pirates4x4 website that makes bumpers as well. He might be the same guy but I can't remember for sure.
Hope this helps you out.
