1997 2.3L
My TPS is constantly reading 16% at idle, around 800RPMs. This is after I unplugged and plugged it back in when I backed the idle screw out completely. It was previously reading constant 20% and I was dumping tons of fuel.
I checked here:

Multimeter for me shows 0.86v with no throttle applied, and increases steadily with no jumping or sticking, and decreases steadily back to this value when coming down from WOT. Voltage seems low for a 16% reading, yes?
How are the % and voltage related? Can they be calibrated? I can't tell if 16% is low enough of an idle % that it has resolved my fuel issues yet, haven't had to drive a lot since making the adjustment.
What is your idle tps% and do you get good mileage?
Thanks for your input, friends!
