Tow hooks for front of 2wd 99 ranger?

Are there tow hooks available for 2wd rangers? I've gotten mine stuck on occasion (but not often enough to justify 4wd). Is there a bolt on solution? I could care less about looks. My truck is a beater and is only used for hauling dirt bikes to races and riding areas. Thanks.

the safest way to add tow hooks to the front of a 4x2 would be by adding a front mounted receiver. the 4x2 trucks lack the cross member needed to bolt on factory hooks.

My '01 2wd Edge came with tow hooks on the front. There is a crossmember that connects the front frame rails and the hooks are bolted to that. I will try to post a pic.
