have we gotten a 4.6 into a ranger?

theres been a few of them. 2 98s with DOHC I know of, one first gen with a SOHC, and someone on here was working on putting a DOHC in a '94 4x4 but he hasn't updated the thread in over a year.

he test fit the motor i think but right now the motor is being built. im not sure what all is being done to the motor but i know there are some aftermarket internals going in it. it should be pretty bad a** when its done.

i have this posted on another thread.. just seen it now haha cool i think if any of us have emailed them that might have got them thinking about it cuz i emailed them asking to do a ranger like the cheap jeep they did i say we flood them with ideas ha with what we want to c them to do maybe a vote on motor and tranny and so on

I wondered when he was going to do some crazy v8 swap.... I remember when he got his new exhaust and tires awhile back...lol. Know Zabeard from TA (Truck Addicts) before the guy that ran the site shut it down.

Be interesting to see how the 5.4 works out for him.
