When I am driving my 2011 4.0L sport I will occasionally get a deep vibration coming from the engine starting around 2500RPM, and it gets louder as you go higher to 3000RPM. the vibration sounds like going over rumble strips, and feels like going over a slightly rough part of road (not near the feeling of rumble strips).
I experience the vibration when the car is in gear, out of gear , or in any gear. I can feel it from when building RPMs to shift from 1st to 2nd, 2nd to 3rd, and all the way up to cruising at high speed in 5th (anytime the RPMs reach ~2500). If the vibration starts and I take the car out of gear and blip the throttle the vibration will increase accordingly.
The vibration does not happen every time the RPMs reach ~2500, it happens 15-20% of the time RPMs climb high enough. I cannot seem to find a pattern of when it happens engine cold/hot, bumpy/smooth roads, hot/cold outside, 2wd/4x4, fast/slow accelerations.
Any help identifying the issue is appreciated. Thank you.
Edit: I do not have any codes
