What did you do to your 2019 and up Ranger today?

I drove a 2021 Supercab today. Much nicer than the old 98 I've had for nearly 15 years. Still drives like a Ranger, which is not a bad thing.

I installed a 12v plug into the bed of my '23:

It's a minor upgrade, but now I can plug my portable fridge into the truck first to cool it down before switching to the power bank.

Not related to the '23, but last week I turned the old passenger seat out of my '88 Ranger into an office chair:

I did a bucket and center console swap forever ago, been wanting to do something with this seat for a long time. Proud of how it came out, had to share.

My experiment with ethanol-free gas.
One location of the convenience store chain where I get gas started carrying ethanol-free 90 octane.
My driving is mixed and pretty consistent, I reset the mpg display at every fill-up, and determined that I got 0.7 mpg better over two tanks than the E15 88 I usually run. So it's better but not worth the $1 a gallon price difference.

Question for Fords in general. Where can I find a breakdown of the various option packages? Is there a page on here I'm missing?

Such as 301A or 301B? There seems to be some overlap between them, and I can't clearly define what they are. And all the different online ads vary in what they share.

I've been shopping for a 19+ Ranger and narrowed it down to an XLT Supercab 4X4 with tow package as minimal.

EDIT: I found the Tech page and it shows most of it there

Thanks

Weather has been crap for the last two weeks. Still cold today but the sun is out so I hooked the hose to the water heater, put on my insulated rubber gloves that I use for window cleaning, and washed off two weeks of crud and salt.

Anyone got one of these? The price is pretty dag gum good for a steel bumper. Just wondering if it comes with the winch mount. Anyone know? I can't find any info on Fords site about it.

How thick is the steel?

I know I have a tendency to over-engineer some things. But I would want it to be 3/16" thick material. Could probably get away with 1/8" (11gauge). But I have this problem where rocks and trees and dirt berms jump out and attack my truck kn the trail.

I can't find any info on that. It is ARB which is a reputable brand. It used to be $1000+ but I assume that the new body styles are coming they are just trying to move them cheap. It shows it with a winch on the site but can't figure out if it comes with the mount or is that extra. Can't find what size either. But I'm pretty sure my 10k would fit. That is if it comes with the mount.

That is a pretty good price. ARB does generally make good stuff but I would try to verify how thick the metal is. "Trust but verify". I would hate to see you buy a part that looks good but that is all it does is looks good.

I feel bad for your alternator. It had to be screaming.
Believe it or not. It's drawing less than 20 amps. 5 amp fuse on 4 different circuits. Amp meter on the hot feed to switch controller show 16.5 amps with them all on. Got to love LED lights.
