Not the Ranger but my daughter's Fiesta. Been accumulating stuff for a while.
Cabin air filter, air filter, plugs, oil and filter, Techron fuel system cleaner.
Had parts and wrenches laid out in the driveway for when she rolled up.
It went about how I expected, took me a little over an hour and half that time was spent on the cabin air filter, which on a Fiesta is an incredible pain in the ass to change. I did that first before it got too dark.
Then I pulled it into the garage for more light, pulled the plug boots off so they'd cool a bit, did the air filter, plugs, then drove it up the ramps to change the oil. Torque spec on the plugs is 12 ft lb, so I've been way overtightening plugs all my life. For 124,000 miles the old plugs looked pretty good.
She bought the car new in 2014. For minimal maintenance except for twice a year when I change the oil and swap the winter and summer tires, it's still chugging along fine.
