It's hard to say in this market. If it's as good as it looks in the pictures, maybe half the asking price? $7,000 - $8,000? Certainly not $14,000.

It's a 22-23 year old vehicle and it is nothing special. Just a Ranger with a flare side bed. Nothing to command a premium price. Keep in mind, my 2011 XLT 4X4 sold for $23,000 in 2011. Trucks hold their value better than cars but not that well.

I JUST bought an '01 Ranger XLT off road supercab flareside with $4k in recent work done, including new wheels, tires, brakes, more, 107k mi, in really great condition, for $8k, 2 hours from me. Facebook marketplace.
Carfax says average price was $8,335.
We looked at a '10 for $14,700 at a dealer, "low mileage". Ya! Right! Total piece of shit. Probably 239k mi.
Do your homework. And yes, I spent the $45 on the carfax. Worth every penny.
