Ok, running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. Started my computer this morning to check TRS and got an error/file corrupt message. Restarted and ran check disk, it fixed everything it found, computer restarted and I only got a black screen with the cursor.
After playing with it a bit I realized I could still access task manager and launch other things. After poking around the internet I found a few other people having this issue who were able to get the desktop back temporarily. Launched Explorer.exe through the task manager, but I can't figure out how to open and edit the startup list in 7. I've found the startup folder, but I can't find the initial startup list were explorer should be loaded from normally.
Anyone know how to get there?
