You can sell the computer and engine wiring harness, they have value.

You will need to separate some wires from the harness that run from engine fuse box to cab.

And there will be dash temp gauge wire(s) and oil pressure sender/switch wire that need to stay
Oil level sender wires as well if you have that on the oil pan

Then a Light Green wire that runs from cab(battery light) to the alternator, thats the ON/OFF switch for alternator, so important wire, lol.

EVAP system can be removed, you will need to change to a Vented Gas cap and seal off those hoses

Assume you have a manual transmission?
Or are you switching to AOD or C5 automatic?

didnt know there was a v8 ranger! Is this a conversion setup? If not where are you going to get a intake manifold since most engines have not had a carb in the last 20 years, or is there to be a custom made one installed?

1999 Computer should also have PATS module with it, also the PATS Keys.
You should keep those 3 things together, computer, module, keys, if you want to sell them.
Engine harness can be sold with the above or separately

Have regular keys cut for your doors and ignition, don't needs the PATS keys
But you can keep Keyless entry fobs

He can run a vent hose from the air cleaner to the tank to vent it. Or just connect the EVAP plumbing to the air cleaner. The cap can stay.
