My modification of a “Chicken California”, shredded chicken fried up on the flat top with onions and green peppers plus some Kinders seasonings (Woodfired Garlic and Cowboy Butter). Garlic butter toasted bun with provolone cheese and topped with Ranch dressing. Side of tater tots with more ranch.

I don't...

I just watched to many cooking shows when they say... you eat with your eyes first.

And honestly... ordering from a picture menu usually ends in major disappointment when your plate shows up at your table. It not only doesn't look as good but tastes worse.

Salmon... saffron rice and stewed yellow squash from my garden.
