Someone was telling me the 5.0 had the valve in one of the heads, and the breather went in the valve cover.PCV valve is usually put in the back of the passenger side valve cover.
A 3000 stall converter is pretty high for a street vehicle, I would lean closer to say 2500
As for the lower stall, I'm good with that, the 2500 one is almost $100 less.
