Bad Brake Fluid Leak. I have a bad Rotor. Could rotor cause bad leak?

Sometimes you eat the bear, sometimes the bear eats you.
It was the caliper that was bad it was wiped out, my inner brake pad literally fell out of the caliper when I went to take the tire off 🤪😂🤪. It's all good, I replaced the caliper and brakes, tomrw I'll attempt to take off the rotor.
