My credo
"be kind and considerate"
Thanks to all who answered when I sought advice on getting rid of my electric 1354. I located a manual 1354 with the adapter and shift intact. I installed it over several days without removing my adapter which had the same bolt bosses. I'm happy with the result.

My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.

That will be the best decision you have ever made. The manual shift is far better than the electric shift junk.
