Fix it till its broke!
does it vibrate at the same frequency as the engine? nothing else is vibrating? I would think that the throttle cable is tight against something (like some part of the engine) transferring the engines vibration maybe? as far as i know the peddle is just bolted up and the cable is really the only thing attached in a significant way.

It feels like it vibrates only when i rev the engine or give it more gas to accerlate but doesnt vibrate at idle.

I had a vibration on mine...but it was the breather was not tightened down...twisted the butterfly nuts down and the vibration went away...so look for something loose...like a heat shield...or anything...doesn't have to be touching the throttle cable, just something that is loose...you will probably hear or see something if you pop the hood and rev the engine...

I got under there and had someone rev it up and couldn't see anything loose or hear anything. Any other ideas?.
