Good evening,
Am new to this site
I have a 2006 Ford Ranger super cab automatic RWD with a 3.0 liter Vulcan. A year ago I had a misfire because ford and their infinite wisdom decided to change the valve stem from 8mm to 7mm. TSB 05-26-3 DTC’S P0300-P0306 and P0316 so I ended up changing the heads . Truck had 115,000 changed timing chain and gears . Did an upper refresh new water pump injectors , cam synchronizer , crank sensor, oil pump all new gaskets. Now truck has 230,337 and still running i can’t kill it ! Love my 2006 ranger it’s my daily driver! About go get a 2018 F-150 sport with the 3.5 liter ecobost it has 79,000 miles

Welcome! Not too often you see the yellow rangers, but I think the color goes well with them.

As for the engine, now that you have gone "back" to the 8mm stem heads, those Vulcans are bulletproof. Anemic, but bulletproof.

Just change the cam synchro every 60-80k or so.

judging by where your left foot is I'll wager you were complaining about the seating arrangements.
