I wonder why Ford isn't offering the Tremor package for the new 2024 Ranger. You can get the FX4 and Raptor, but no Tremor.

My credo
Its probably better to be self deprecating than self defecating.
Ford didn't offer the tremor package on the previous gen until a couple years after its release.. I'm sure it's in the works for the 24+s. Ford loves tremorizing everything. Apparently a mustang tremor is also coming..

I hope they are coming out with a one. My goal is to buy a 2025 Tremor in a Supercab with a 2.7L V6. If Ford doesn't offer one, I will build my own.

That's gonna be hard to do with no supercab offering.

Thus far... Ford has managed to totally disappoint me with this new Ranger. But I guess they can't make everyone happy.

Even if they did start selling the super cab again, no way they would sell a Tremor in Super cab.

You can't even get anything higher then a XLT trim on an F-150 in a single cab or super cab. Even though they offer the F-150 in 8 trim levels, 6 of them are exclusively 4 door only. Nothing with 8' bed either.

Don't make a whole lot of sense. They don't make as many single cabs because they don't sell for as much money, but then they refuse to make an expensive version of the truck with the single cab?

I'm sure the other manufactures are the same.

My '95 dodge is fully optioned out premium trim level truck with a single cab and 8' bed.

Looking at their websites.
Dodge does not have any options to get a single cab truck with any trim level in the current model year. 4 door or extra big 4 door only.

Chevy does offer a single cab in stripper trim. Every thing else is 4 door or extra big 4 door only. No cab size options on the midsize truck.

Looks like ford is the only one that sells the cab and half type truck in full size.

I think Toyota stopped selling a 2 door full size years ago. Although they still advertise a cab and half in the Tacoma.

Wait.... They've stopped making the supercab?

Now I'm annoyed.

isn't the tremor package just a sound system?

The Tremor package was a better sound system in the older Rangers. The 5G Ranger Tremor is a very good off-road package that in my opinion is a better overall package than the Raptor for all types of off-roading. The Tremor is not designed for flying across a desert at high speeds though.

BTW, Ford has just listed the gas mileage report for the 2024 Ranger. Included in that report is the gas mileage for the 2.7L Ecoboost engine. That must mean that V6, I want, is going to arrive eventually. Ford may be getting closer to what I want.

I’m still keeping my eye out for one of the tremor subwoofers from the 4th gen, as there are very few aftermarket ones that can keep the function of the jump seats.
