Trailer queen...

I didn't break and axle this time...but I still split a wheel joint in half and spit a few caps off, right before the front driveshaft did a 180* and turned into a three piece.lol

So, I need to build a new front shaft (and a spare) as well as replace the wheel joint (hopefully I didn't tweak the ear on the shaft too bad).

Got a little close with a tree on Knuckle Buster...one day I will make it through that spot.

Tried to get a better angle on the gap...and the dirt started to give way. Used my winch for the first time and it kept me upright.

Lower Rim

I think there are a few more pics and videos floating around, I haven't even looked at my GoPro.

Welp....I was going to go with a lunch box up front in the HP...but I couldn't pass up this guy.

The guy mocked it up in his mud truck, then he claims it he just didn't like it...in reality, he lost a little spring for the cable actuator and he couldn't get it to shift/lock. I found a spring in my junk drawer that worked perfect.lol

Damn I'm jealous! I would love to have a front and rear OX's. Only problem is they don't make one for a 9". :(

Swap it out for an 8.8...IMO the 9" has no real advantage over a 31 spline 8.8 with discs in our application anyways.

But then I'd have to buy another axel. I'm axel poor right now. I've got 2 ranger 8.8's, 2- 1979 9inches, a Lincoln Versailles 9", 2 HP 44's, a rear d44 and a LP 44 they're all matching sets. Only problem is none have the speed sensors required for the 99 4.0

Not a whole lot going on. Replaced my broken trail mirror, changed my the doubler for the first time, as well as the rear case and trans.

Built a new front shaft built a trail spare.

Why move tires by hand when the Bobcat is sitting there with the grabbers on it..

Then swapped back to the 35s, power mirrors, and no hydro assist for week or two of DD duty.

And since I always seem to have to borrow one...I finally bought a death jack.

Had the 45 out doing a little work

and the IDI

Scored some tires this weekend....I started to looking for some nice street tires and came home with these.....

They were on aluminum 6 lug rims so I talked him down by letting him keep those, then he asked if I wanted some cheap 5x5.5 steel wheels. I said I would atleast look at them...Now I have a set of 38.5s on beadlocks...lol For less than what just the rims sell for these days...
