That's an awesome pic of the Merc! Is that full flex in front and rear?

The front is pretty close to full flex. It has the most droop of all 3. But the least up travel. Which I will be changing that soon. The lack of up travel is hurting the truck articulation.

Here we did a test to see who could get up the rock furthest without pulling tire. Double R won easily. Then TNT, and Merc was last. Problem was since my up travel was the least it started tipping the body sooner but I was super close to TNT.

Pretty sure TNT cheated if you look at this pic you can see day light under his drivers rear tire and he told me when to stop right before his mark on the rock. LOL And Mercs driver rear is sitting nicely on the ground in pic above. So I think Merc takes 2nd by default. LOL

MTR or go home out here. These tires love rocks! I love wheeling with BFG guys they are like our KM2s are the best. Until they see RR, TNT, and Merc man handle the rocks and make there BFGs look silly. Swampers are worthless out here. We didn't even air down ran about 25 PSI all day and still kicked butt. :headbang:

Curious about two things...

I'm just curious about two things, what size tube(bumper, bed, etc.) are you using & who's/what bender are you using I'm about halfway done with a bender based on the gottrikes design but haven't ordered dies yet, I'll probably wind up with a few sets...

Bumpers are made out of 1.75" tube. Exo is 1.5". Bender JD2 Model 3. Works great!

More you use the JD2 easier it gets to figure out the bends and measurements. I am still learning but I am a lot better then I was when I started bending. LOL
