I hate those guys, they gave me constant headaches from customer complaints when I was service manager. Their subscriptions auto-renew and it's a pain to get them to stop. They don't identify the vehicle on the invoices and more than one person figured out they were paying for vehicles they had traded.
Actually not that horrible to cancel, I just did mine last Friday.

They offered to make it way cheaper, I figured you made me call in and never made this offer before now and I am to the point where I can just eject I'm gonna eject.

If you don't have time to do it right will you have time to do it over?

Maybe they've changed some things. After fighting with those a holes several times, I told them I was going to post about my experience in the FMCDealer website message boards so dealer personnel from all over the country could read about it- and I did.

I couldn't get those S.O.B.s to leave me alone after the introductory term was over on the 2011 for the longest time. I never even touched it on the 2019. I didn't want a repeat of the experience I had with the 2011. I do occasionally get something in the mail from them still. It goes right into the shredder.
