Here is what I sent them:
As a licensed safety inspector, professional automotive technician, and vehicle modification specialist I have reviewed your proposed policy on lifted and higher-than-stock rid height vehicles. Frankly, it is asinine. You are targeting vehicles that, if they already comply to the laws currently in place, should be more than safe enough to operate normally on a public road, barring of course, the possibility of the driver himself being a complete and total retard who should not be driving anyway. In my opinion the whole thing should just be abandoned as it is quite clearly a ploy to force the general population into either selling off their modified, but still street safe, off-road vehicles, or making them off-road only, and in either even forcing them into purchasing a new vehicle for use on road. This is despicable and deplorable. I am not from the Saskatchewan area, but was planning a trip there next year with my off-roading group as a member of an off-roader forum told us there was good wheeling in the province during winter. After learning of this new proposed policy we are seriously considering canceling this trip and selecting a different destination since many of our vehicles will not meet these new laws and none of us want to get a citation for anything while we are in the area. We also with this change of destination with to protest the tyrannical and unethical government prosecution of our brother wheelers.
