Yes, that's how I initially programmed the FOB. It just beeps when I hit the lock button like it thinks a door is open or the key is in it. I also can't press the 7/8 & 9/0 keys to lock it from the key pad. Something isn't happy. The theft light is blinking error codes so I'm guessing it's all related to the damage to the column.

Too bad I didn't think about asking about them about engine swap tunes. May have saved myself some $$ in the future.

New question: Where does the drain on the drivers side of the sunroof exit? It's still leaking into the cabin so I was hoping to try and blow air backwards through the drain.

It goes somewhere through the A pillar, just open up the sunroof and blow air down from the top. on my '00 the hose was disconnected from the housing so I had to pull the overhead console, sunroof trim and drivers door trim to get the headliner to drop a few inches, it's right there at the corner.

That doesn't sound fun...

Not as bad as you think, the drivers door trim is just clipped in place, the overhead console is held up by two screws somewhere I found while the wife was in a store and I was in the parking lot, sunroof trim is just pressed on then you can pry the headliner down just enough to do the job...
