killer looking truck man, make me remember how mine was..

what is the difference in rear sway bar between the 2nd gen explorer and bronco II?

i messd around with my sway bars setup, ride height and tires a lot to where it handled like a dream. im pretty sure i ended up with aftermarket explorer front sway bar, stock explorer rear sway bar, lakewood traction bars, 2.5/4" drop(4x4) 275 285 tires
then again this is years ago! your truck looks amazing heres a quick pic of mine, wish i would of got the newer 06 bumper!

Thanks man, your truck looked awesome! I am not sure what the difference is between the Explorer/BroncoII sway bars. The BroncoII is a 1" bar though compared to the 7/8" stock rear sway bar. The front bar is 1 and change, the balance is great right now with the staggered wheel setup. I want to get it out to an auto-x sometime and see what its really got. On the street I can hang with the best of them!

Explorer swaybar is also 1'', so I guess there is not much difference.

I was never happy when I had my FX4, I think it is because I missed the 2wd low stance look, I will need to find another truck in the future, this makes me miss having one.

Looks good man:icon_cheers:

Thanks! Id prefer it to be a couple inches lower, but its my daily driver/work truck. Trying to keep it as functional as possible, but still be sporty. It really handles quite well, especially with the added sway bars.

Still a work in progress, have a couple minor things Id like to do to it! :icon_cheers:

Are you going to get dual pipes for it?

No, Im either going to get a nice single side exit(like factory) or dump it under the truck. Most likely will get the single side exit from MBRP. Its my daily driver and I already have a loud car in the garage, so I dont want it to be too loud.

Looks awesome
Thanks!

front sway bar links

In the pics it looks like the left side is in stalled with the washer on the a- arm and not on top of the bushing, right side is correct

Thanks man, I appreciate it! I have been putting a lot of money into my civic project and the civic is taking up the whole garage right now, so not a lot of love going into the Ranger lately.

My next move is to replace both headlights and foglights since they have really gone south in the last year. Very yellow and cracking. Ill do a nice thorough detail on the truck at that point, but trying to wait until I can put both vehicles in the garage again!
