front pump

i have a 92 4x4 with a 4.0 and the trans is a a4ld not to sure but i think the front pump is goin bad every now and then when im slowing down i can here a pump whining sound anyonen ever had this problem :icon_confused:

its new just done a filter change about 5000 miles ago and its not over full and the power steering is all new the pump and lines the trans only has about 20000 miles on it

My credo

The first thing I check when I hear noises is lube levels. Also, how is the center bearing on the driveshaft? If the levels are OK, then the noises are probably not so expensive.

driveshaft is new and fluid is fine this is why i cant pen point it :icon_confused:
